2 cups milk
4 tablespoons sugar
For coating:
200 grams of dark chocolate
0.5 cup sweet cream
A handful of chopped caramelized nuts (almonds and/or cashews)
Preparation method:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter until smooth and allow it to cool aside.

5. In another bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar until you get shiny, stable foam.
6. Fold the chocolate mixture and the foam into one container.

8. Strain the leaves and begin arranging the leaves in a 20*30 rectangular pattern.
9. Pour a third of the cream and arrange a layer of lasagna sheets on top.
10. Repeat section 9 about 3 times (until 3 layers are formed) and let it cool.
