Itamar Fleishman, the spokesman for the Jewish Home party who ended his position less than a month ago, has been appointed spokesman for the Minister of Public Security, Strategic Affairs and Information, Gilad Erdan.
Fleishman, who began speaking for Jewish Home a year ago, ended his role in the party, along with Dana Mizrahi, the spokeswoman for the party's chairman, Minister Naftali Bennett.
Itamar Fleishman previously served as a journalist for Ynet, Yedioth Jerusalem, and Maariv. A year ago, he was appointed spokesman for Naftali Bennett Temporarily, and then began serving at the Jewish Home in various spokesperson and outreach roles.
With the retirement of party spokesman Pinchas Wolf about six months ago, Fleishman replaced him in the position, and served as the Jewish Home spokesman in the last election campaign.
