This is what happens when there are two: Singers Dodi Kalish and Shlomi Gertner are producing an album together containing 11 songs, all based on pure Yiddish. Some are well-known classics and some with their own lyrics, written especially by Chaim Alter Fant. The unique combination also includes additional songs composed and arranged by Kalish himself. Gertner defines Kalish: "Dodi Musicalish is a real musical genius.".

Kalish and Gartner are excited about the launch of the new album.

""It is full of Jewish soul and authentic Yiddish flavor," claim the critics. The songs correspond with a wide variety of themes and myths: from "Yiddish Mother," through "Teshuvah" and "Danken," to "Tenzale" and other hits packed into the new album.

Kalisch has a rich playlist of melodies and arrangements that he has arranged and produced, including the hits: "Let this hour come," "Open the gates of heaven," "For you are a king," "He will succeed," "Long live the days," and "Rabbi Akiva said" performed by Mordechai Ben-David - the song that caught on strongly in the Jewish world.

Gartner released his first album, 'Miracles,' about 7 years ago, and since then he has released four more sought-after albums, the last of which - Imagine - was released a few months ago.
