Materials:
2 zucchini, diced
4 peppers of different colors, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 stalks of chopped green onion
80 g goat cheese
Tomato paste
Half a cup of boiling water
Sweet chili
Sugar, salt and pepper
Canola oil for frying

How to prepare:
- Fry the vegetable cubes in a pan, you can add more types according to taste (and availability).
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, place tomato paste, half a cup of boiling water, and to taste: chili, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well, pour over the vegetables in the pan, and continue stirring. Towards the end of frying, add small pieces of cheese and stir gently.
- It is best served immediately, with fresh bread or pita.
- If you want to give it an extra twist, you can add a beaten egg to the frying before the cheese, mix with the vegetables, and then add the cheese.
