Let's find out.
""Why are you always exceptional, standing out within your cities? Go out, celebrate the independence of our country. Hooray, we are an independent country," they remarked to the Haredi family walking in front of them on the street.
And when they say they, they mean a group of boys, colorful kippahs on their heads, blue and white flags in their hands, and their feet bouncing through the city streets, their faces shining with happiness, their eyes shining, and everyone radiating messianism. Soon Herzl will rise from the mountain - at least that's what they are sure of - and redeem them.
""You know what," the father of the family replies, "you're right. Let's celebrate. Can I join you?"...
They opened their eyes wide, not believing their ears. Does he, this black and white man, want to join them? Has the Messiah really come? Is the lamb ready to live with the wolf?
""Come on, let's celebrate independence," he replied to them, "let's celebrate independence with the IDF soldiers and remind them how their hands are tied from fighting back a hair's breadth against the enemy. How they take a flood of stones from terrorists, and they are not even allowed to step on their weapons. And woe to the soldier who dares step on his weapon, straight to prison"...
""Of course, we will also invite the secular middle class to the celebrations, after all, they themselves are crying all day that Lapid, who promised to take care of them, forgot them at home. Maybe they will feel true independence"...
""And let's not forget, of course, the weaker sections, who want to celebrate with us, want to wave at the barbecue, but ouch, it's unpleasant, they don't even have money to buy wings and the like for medicine. With the few shekels they have left, they can barely buy bread and milk for their children"...
""And of course, of course, we will not forget the Holocaust survivors, who will certainly celebrate their independence, they are completely independent. Without a shekel in their wallet, without money for medicine, and without electricity because the electricity company cut it off, because they had nowhere to pay the bills"...
""And you, dear hilltop youth, come, celebrate, why not. Just be careful not to celebrate somewhere in the hills, you might still be evacuated in the middle of the celebration. The IDF has a weakness for evacuating outposts in the middle of the night"...
""So what do you say? Should we celebrate?"...
""To dilute the Haredim""
And if we're celebrating, how can we not celebrate without the traditional dish called "Kneidlach," or "Kneidlach" in Hebrew? At least according to the radio broadcasters of the People's Army, the IDF's garbage, all the Haredim stink because of the Kneidlach. A true quote that was broadcast on Independence Day night, we didn't touch it.
In the program "We Don't Want to Sleep Independence" broadcast on the military radio station, hosted by Noa Zinman and Tamar Amit Yosef, the panelists discussed animal cruelty and vegetarianism. After many questions arose during the panel, which was broadcast into the night, one of the presenters said without hesitation that in his opinion - if only he had the option - he would eat humans.
""For me, I would really eat human flesh, human flesh, with pleasure because animals are not meant to be harmed," said the panelist, who reminded us of even more atrocious times from the days of Nazi Germany, and added another nauseating sentence, "Let's thin out the population, that would be great.".
The presenter, who did not understand the intentions of the inciting panelist, wondered what he meant: "Who, for example? Because that's a terribly problematic combination. It has to be someone you want to kill and don't like and someone who doesn't turn you away from eating"?
The panelist said in response that he would like to dilute the Haredi population. "That's exactly the paradox, because the people whose population I would most like to dilute are the Haredi, but they probably have the most disgusting taste, it must be terribly rancid.".
""Because it's kosher," stated another presenter. "Because of the dumplings, kosher is the most disgusting, kosher restaurants are disgusting restaurants," replied the panelist who is interested in diluting the Haredi public.
So if you really want to join the IDF, and you don't connect with Kneadlach, you should really start connecting with this food. Maybe this is the only option that won't get you eaten. Because there's a chance that they actually do like it.
And if you thought someone in the political system would condemn the statements, it turns out you were wrong. No one cares. Why, you ask? Because we are just third-class citizens. We are not Ethiopians or Sudanese, that if someone throws a word at them, even the prime minister will immediately issue a condemnatory statement. We are just blacks, without twist, without taste, scum, like Kneidlach.
Memory of incitement
Well, is it any wonder that the IDF waves don't like to eat us, and incite against us? After all, we've gotten used to it. They'll always look for those two Haredim who are having a barbecue on Holocaust Remembrance Day, and will make sure to blacken the faces of the entire sector. And what about the seculars who desecrate Holocaust Remembrance Day? Oh, that's not an item. Haredim are an item. "A Haredi made a fire on Holocaust Remembrance Day" - opens new editions. "A secularist desecrated Holocaust Remembrance Day" - come on, who cares.
This is what it sounded like this week in one of the editorial rooms of all the secular media outlets that don't like to eat us:
- Reporter: I have pictures of secular people playing soccer on Holocaust Remembrance Day...
- Editor: Not interested.
- Reporter: Arabs celebrating in the Old City?
- Editor: What do I care about the Arabs?
- Reporter: Well, there's also a blurry video showing two Haredim having a barbecue...
- Editor: Excellent. We have it. Send it to me quickly. We'll write that dozens of Haredim had a barbecue. You're great. And make sure there's a response from Lapid...
Communication exercise
And it's impossible without a good ending.
Meet the "Dosim Project", which was established and operated by a group of young Haredi people who felt the urgent need to protect Haredi society as a whole from the destructive delegitimization campaign being waged by a handful of extremist "opinions" in the secular media, whose voices receive considerable exposure in the media and various media outlets, and create a public atmosphere that stirs and incites against an entire public in all its components and varieties.
This week, they decided to do a "media exercise." During the sirens on Memorial Day, they stood next to a burning barbecue in a public park, waiting for the media to come in. Channel 2 photographers, who saw Haredim near a barbecue from afar, ran with their cameras toward the barbecue, to document the next item that would open the newscast, something along the lines of "While the whole country is mourning, the Haredim are celebrating and cooking over a fire.".
To their surprise, when they arrived at the scene, they saw dozens of lit soul candles on the barbecue, and young Haredi men standing and reciting Tehillim for the souls of IDF soldiers, with the sign "Enough with the incitement" placed next to them.
The embarrassed photographer took a picture of the boys, and quickly called the editor above him. The boys stood next to him and tried to listen to the conversation. "This is not an item," the editor replied to the photographer, "I have nothing to do with this film"...
And maybe this is even supposed to flatter us: A dog bites a man - that's not an item. A man bites a dog - that's an item, and what an item.
