Channel 2 news reporter Zion Nanos found the reason for the riot by a group of Israelis on an Israir flight to Bulgaria: "Anyone who doesn't understand that the occupation, the treatment of the Palestinians, has a direct connection to the brutalization of Israeli society simply closes their eyes.""

The code that causes Israeli citizens to behave rudely and sometimes violently has finally been found and deciphered.

It happened after Passengers on an IsraAir flight to Varna, Bulgaria, last weekend verbally attacked an IsraAir flight attendant. The argument, which began between a female passenger and the flight attendant over the purchase of duty-free chocolate, escalated and was joined by the passenger's sister, who cursed at the flight attendant. Then another relative of the passenger stood up, cursed and threatened to hit the flight attendant - until one of the passengers stood up and broke up the argument.

A video of the riot on the plane was posted on social media and various websites - causing a stir.

Zion Nanos, a reporter for News 2, surprised everyone with a tweet on Twitter when he wrote: "Everyone is shocked this morning by the video in which passengers attack Arkia's flight attendant. Few noticed the moment when one of the passengers shouts: 'Give her chocolate. What is she, an Arab?' Then the curses and beatings against the flight attendants continue.

""Anyone who doesn't understand that the occupation, the treatment of the Palestinians, has a direct connection to the brutalization of Israeli society is simply turning a blind eye. It is impossible to occupy a civilian population for almost 50 years and remain a model society, a light to the nations.".

Journalist Attila Shompelby of YNET tweeted following the release of the video: "Ugly, deranged Israelis are rioting on a plane. Dying to see the results of Mina Zemach's poll on this plane." Shompelby also tweeted: "You don't have to be a nuclear scientist to guess who they're voting for.".

After being attacked for his statements, Attila deleted both tweets and wrote: "I heard the criticism. I listened. I considered. I took it down.".

Israir is considering filing a police complaint against the rioting passengers. "We fully support the flight attendant and support the entire crew," the company said. "We are happy that the issue has come to public awareness.".
