Kitchen Bar gives its customers a special experience of atmosphere, sounds and the Mediterranean. The restaurant offers customers a wide variety of dishes including meat, fish, pasta, salads and sandwiches and fine desserts. In addition, Kitchen Bar uses local olive oils, which enhance each dish. The restaurant offers a changing atmosphere depending on the time of day and the menu is based on Mediterranean cuisine.
On the culinary side, chef Johan Benisti, from the former Prime Grill restaurant, is in charge.
Alongside the bar menu, Kitchen Bar offers a selection of fine Israeli wines, boutique beers and a rich cocktail menu. In keeping with Mediterranean tradition, the service at Kitchen Bar also meets high standards and customers receive warm, personal and meticulous treatment.
