Are you willing to 'take' painful rubber bullets for 40,000 pounds a year?
If so, you may be interested in this ad from UKPaintball - the largest paintball company in the UK.
What is 'paintball'?
This is a war-like extreme sport that simulates warfare between individuals and groups, with the 'soldiers' equipped with rifles loaded with paintballs that leave a mark where they hit, thus marking the successes and losses of the 'warrior'.
The sport, which has become extremely popular in recent years, led the company to issue a public call for men interested in trying out the new paintballs to test the pain threshold of the new development.
But even the company was surprised by the flood of inquiries. "More than 10,000 people from around the world contacted us to take the 'pain pill test,'" said Justin Twigg, the company's CEO.
An ad published on the company's website states: "If you have a high pain threshold, and new challenges interest you, the 'Pain Ball Test' could be an opportunity for you.
""We couldn't have expected that so many people would agree to absorb paintballs in painful, changing bones," said Twigg, adding that one candidate attached a photo showing his large body fat with a comment that due to his size, he would be easier to hurt.
