The new single - from the upcoming album - tells a sensitive and revealing story about a man searching for answers. Dan's story is no less intriguing and fascinating.

Dan (25), is the son of a politician from Ghana and a mother from Turkey. He grew up and was educated in an ultra-Orthodox atmosphere. He wandered between foster families as a child, and sometimes found himself in conflicting worlds, a yeshiva student returning to a secular home. A foreign boy, searching for his place.

Dan found solace and refuge in music. The guitar often served as a means of escape from the darkness.

He began playing and writing songs at the age of 17, mostly for the magazine. And as he grew older, and found his place in Judaism, he used the guitar as a tool to express his inner world, a way in which he could ask the questions that sometimes shouldn't be asked in his world.

The debut single "Ner" describes internal conflicts and questions that arise in everyone who tries to find their home in a world that constantly moves between darkness and light, a world where everyone sometimes feels like a stranger.

Dan draws inspiration from many and diverse producers, from Hasidic songs to Dylan and Leonard Cohen, and brings a sensitive yet accessible single to every listener, from both worlds.

Melancholic and sweet sounds that create a deep connection even with those who think they have already found the answers.
