Yonatan Porat, the guitarist who has accompanied Yoeli Diekman's orchestra since its founding, is a Breslov Hasid. A talented man who has been playing with the orchestra for years. Generations of yeshiva students grew up on his loud guitar and his Jewish-Hasidic playing style.

This morning, on a side street in the Beit Israel neighborhood of Jerusalem, I opened the door of a beit midrash from which I heard the sound of learning, hoping to capture a nice photo.

What I saw there I captured for you on video and in photos: The guitarist sat and studied Gemara with a group of friends. When he stopped for a few minutes' break, I asked: When was this from?
