A Jerusalem resident who purchased furniture through the social network 'Facebook' filed a complaint at Ariel Station - after when she asked to cancel the transaction, the business owner began threatening her life and the lives of her children.

As part of an investigation that was opened, additional victims were revealed who had suffered the defendant's threats against his clients, and upon completion of the investigation, five indictments were filed against him for threats.

In one case, it emerged that a customer who canceled a purchase transaction because it did not match her order received phone calls in which he urged her to pay or he would not come to her house. This was in addition to additional threatening calls on his behalf in which suspects affiliated with criminal organizations, they claim, approached her.

In another case, one of the customers received threatening calls telling her "that it won't be good," and in other cases, one of the customers was told that he knew where she lived and thus tried to terrorize her life, all for the money he demanded.

During an argument with another customer over a furniture deal, he told her: "What we did to you on October 7th is nothing compared to what I will do to you today.".

He later added: "Do you know the Hariri family? So I'm on my way.".

At the end of the investigation and after the evidentiary infrastructure was formulated, an indictment was filed against the defendant by the Military Prosecutor's Office, charging him with five charges for acts of threats.
