Defense Minister Israel Katz said: "The law of the Dahiyya in Beirut is the same as the law of the northern settlements.
Any attack on the northern settlements will lead to an attack on Dahiyya.
The IDF will continue to operate in Lebanon against the terrorist organization Hezbollah.
