Dart composed the song out of a deep and personal sense of gratitude to the Holy One, blessed be He, for all the graces that accompanied him along the way, for the privilege of reaching this great moment, the wedding day, the day he begins a new chapter in life.
Through the lyrics and the melody, Dart asks to pause for a moment amidst the great excitement, and simply say thank you. Thank you for the years that have passed, for the journey, for everything he has received, and for the privilege of standing under the canopy.

For the performance, Abormi chose the musician Mandy Weiss, whose voice manages to convey the simple and true message of the song: We should always give thanks to God.
