A new song from the 'Thank You God' production house: Singer Mandy Warsh hosts the 'Thank You God' children's choir in a new song – "Jungle", which was written and composed by Moshe Milstein following a conversation he overheard from his rabbi.

Musical production by Mandy Portnoy and Yehuda Pinsker.

Milstein: "I recently had an amazing experience. I sat next to my rabbi, Rabbi Jeremiah Katz, during the weekly Farbrengen that takes place in a quiet tavern in one of the corners of Borough Park.

The lights dimmed, soft music played in the background, and the rabbi spoke. The spectacle seemed to have been ripped from an old story about the Baal Shem Tov in his early years.

Every week, everyone returns home feeling that the rabbi spoke to them personally, answering exactly the concern with which they came through the door.

I guess the worried look on my face gave me away, because my rabbi started to speak.

""I know what you're thinking," he said. "How can I change the madness of the world? How can I stand by and watch the world get darker and darker every day? Everywhere you look, there are things that are just not right!"

I want to tell you that I had these thoughts too. These questions troubled my mind many years ago, until one day my holy grandfather told me these words of wisdom." He said warmly: "It's a jungle out there, and sometimes a jungle can be a very scary place.".

But then he told me a secret, so I wouldn't have to worry anymore.

""You don't have to fix this whole huge jungle at once," my grandfather explained. "If you just light your little corner, that light will start to spread. It will reach further and further, until it fills the whole world.".

Then the Rabbi looked at us and continued: "This is a huge secret that belongs to you too. Every person is a 'small world.' Think about it! Since a part of the entire universe is hidden right inside your soul, the way you act has an impact everywhere. You are like a powerhouse of energy.".

The more you work on your work of God and fill your day with mitzvot, the more you allow the light of God to shine through you. This is not just your personal "gain." The more you shine with a stronger light from your place, the more light you give to every person on earth.

Whenever things seem dark or scary, we know exactly what to do: Shine big! Right where you are, use the light of Torah to banish the shadows. You have the power to transform the entire world into a place filled with the light of Hashem.

The message of the rabbi's grandfather touched my heart, and I immediately turned it into music. I composed this song to share that light, and I am so proud to partner with the amazing Jews of "Thank You, God" on this wonderful journey of lighting up the jungle!
