The arrest was carried out based on accurate intelligence information received from the Shin Bet about the terrorist's intentions.

Upon receiving the operational information, the undercover force was dispatched to the Abu Tor neighborhood in East Jerusalem to carry out targeted operations. The forces located the wanted man while he was at a car wash in the neighborhood - and arrested him.

The undercover force operated covertly, rushed towards the compound and arrested the suspect without any casualties.
