This morning at around 8:55 AM, a report was received at the ZAKA 1220 hotline about a 62-year-old man who was found lifeless in an apartment on Zissu Street in Be'er Sheva. MDA teams called to the scene were forced to confirm his death at the scene.
ZAKA volunteers from the Negev Region - Beer Sheva team were called to the scene and worked at the scene to provide respectful care for the deceased.
Nouriel Zaguri, Shai Marini and Meir Lahiani, ZAKA volunteers who treated the scene, said: "When we arrived at the scene, we found a 62-year-old man with no pulse and no breathing. MDA teams were forced to confirm his death. We were told at the scene that this was a homeless man whose family had arranged for him to stay overnight in their home; this morning, when the family members went to wake him up, they discovered to their dismay that he was lifeless. ZAKA volunteers from the Beer Sheva team worked at the scene to care for the deceased's last respects.""
