Maran Rabbi Lando Today (Tuesday), he ordered Degel Hatorah MKs to dissolve the Knesset, and declared that "there is no longer any trust in Netanyahu" - after the Prime Minister informed the ultra-Orthodox parties that there was no majority to approve the conscription law.

The directive was given during a meeting in which the faction's MKs reviewed the current political situation and Prime Minister Netanyahu's clarification that he would have difficulty passing the conscription law now.

A statement from the House of Rabbi Lando stated: Degel HaTorah Knesset members reviewed the current situation with Maran. It should be noted that, contrary to various reports, there is complete and absolute unity of opinion and cooperation between Degel HaTorah and Shas regarding the manner of action regarding the status of yeshiva students.

""Maran instructed the Degel Hatorah Knesset members: 'We no longer trust Netanyahu. From now on, we will only do what is good for Haredi Judaism and the yeshiva world. We must act to dissolve the Knesset as soon as possible. The concept of 'bloc' no longer exists for us.".

In a letter he handed over to the Knesset members, Rabbi Landau wrote: ""To the honor of the Haredi members of Knesset of Degel HaTorah Shlita"

You have done your mission faithfully and above all else. And we have no trust in the Prime Minister, we no longer feel like his partners. We are not committed to him.

And from now on, we will only do what we think is best for Haredi Judaism, and in our opinion, elections are needed as soon as possible.

All kinds of talk about a bloc no longer exist.

In pain and anxiety

The dramatic decision comes against the backdrop of the crisis between the ultra-Orthodox parties and the Prime Minister due to the failure to enact the conscription law.

Following the crisis, the Yesh Atid party announced that it is placing a proposal for dissolution on the Knesset table, which will be debated next week.

The commentator Fellow He wrote: "Netanyahu told the Haredim: There is no majority in the coalition for the conscription law. The combination of the primaries, the upcoming elections, and the rebels already on their way to other parties does not allow for passage. The pace of the legislation is in the hands of the Likud - there is still a long way to go if they want to linger on it. 20.5 Preliminary vote on the dissolution of the Knesset.

Can Netanyahu delay the legislation by two months? Absolutely yes. Does he want to upset the Haredim, even though they made it clear that there is no longer a bloc? Not sure.

"As usual, the question is what will happen on the security front in the coming weeks and whether this will allow Netanyahu to buy time.""

Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, MK Boaz Bismuth He called on the ultra-Orthodox parties not to break up the 'bloc': "No to breaking up the bloc! I worked alongside the ultra-Orthodox hand in hand. I see them as partners in the journey. I call on them not to throw the baby out with the bathwater, not to give a gift to Attorney Miara, the opposition, and all those inciting strife. The law is ready and it can be promoted tomorrow.".

""We have one leader who steers the ship. The authority, the decision and the final word belong solely to Prime Minister Netanyahu. I will continue to be in full coordination with him and I have no doubt that he will make the right decision.".

onJewish Power They responded: "Although Otzma Yehudit is strong, we believe that bringing the elections forward at this time is a mistake. We demand that the parties of the national camp act responsibly, and not topple the government. This government has several more tasks to accomplish.".

Former Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, MK Yuli Edelstein, He responded: "Unfortunately, Rabbi, I am forced to say today - I told you so. Ten months ago, I officially announced that changing the identity of the chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee would not change anything, it would only bury the conscription law once and for all. And that is exactly what happened. Since the outbreak of the war, I have fought for a real conscription law, but the Haredi leadership has never wanted conscription, even at the cost of overthrowing the right-wing government.".

""Today, the Israeli public understands who told the truth, and who did politics on the backs of the reservists and the serving public. I am proud that I prevented a draft evasion law, and I will continue to fight for a true and fair draft law in the State of Israel.".
