Last month, fighters from the Sahar Brigade and Southern Border Guard interceptors arrested Badr Ben Yosef Hasnat, a resident of Rahat, on suspicion of committing offenses of incitement to terrorism and identification with the terrorist organization Hamas.
As part of the investigation conducted by the Negev Police Headquarters and the Shin Bet, it emerged that the suspect operated accounts on social media in which he published and shared content identified with the terrorist organization Hamas, alongside publications that included messages of incitement, praise, and support for the terrorist organization and terrorist acts.
At the end of the investigation, an indictment was filed against him.
