IDF forces in the Southern Command and the Shin Bet destroyed on Saturday evening a weapons production site of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in the northern Gaza Strip.
The site, which belongs to the terrorist organization, was recently used by the organization's production network and also by the terrorist organization Hamas, to manufacture explosives and store additional weapons intended to harm IDF forces operating in the Yellow Line area and the citizens of the State of Israel.
Prior to the attack, steps were taken to minimize harm to civilians, including the evacuation of the military target, the use of precision weapons, and aerial observations.
