The second attacker was also sued by Honenu and ordered by the court to pay compensation in the amount of 8,000 shekels.

In the lawsuit, Attorney Bleicher describes the incident: "The plaintiff, who has an ultra-Orthodox appearance, was walking near the tomb of Shimon the Righteous. The defendant and another minor noticed the plaintiff and decided to attack him on a racist basis because of his ultra-Orthodox appearance. The defendant and his friend approached the plaintiff, and when they passed by him, the defendant spat at him and his friend hit him in the neck.".

Attorney Bleicher: "We will continue to work at all times to collect outrageous anti-Semitic prices that harm Jews and loyal Israeli citizens. Anyone who raises his vile hand against a Jew knows that we will make every effort to persecute him for years until he is repaid for his vile actions.".
