Shortly before 1:00 AM, a report was received at the ZAKA 360 hotline about a 63-year-old man who was found lifeless in an apartment on Yoseftal Street in Ramla.
Avihu Sasson, a ZAKA 360 volunteer who responded to the scene, said: "We were informed that the deceased had not made contact for several days, which aroused the concern of his relative, who called the emergency services. A fire and rescue team broke down the door of the house, and during the searches, the deceased was found lifeless.
"Together with other volunteers, we worked at the scene to treat the deceased with dignity. After efforts with the relevant authorities, the deceased was released for burial directly from his home, and we worked to arrange a funeral and bring him to the burial as soon as possible.".
