Good news for the middle class in Israel: With the approval of the state budget, income tax bracket spacing, designed to ease the economic burden placed on the productive stratum of the economy, came into effect.
The move, which focuses on changing the boundaries of the two main tax brackets, is expected to result in a net increase of up to NIS 5,000 per year.
