The Ministries of Construction and Housing, Finance, Interior, and the Israel Land Authority are allocating NIS 230 million for the first time to 14 local authorities that contributed to increasing the housing supply in 2025, with the marketing of approximately 30,000 housing units across the country.
Among the most prominent authorities:
📌 Kiryat Gat - 4,217 units
📌 Ramat Gan – 3,397 units
📌 Petah Tikva – 3,148 units
The grant is part of the government's policy to increase housing supply, and in the coming years additional authorities will take part in the effort and be rewarded accordingly.
