A woman, in advanced pregnancy with twins, was rushed to the Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba, where her condition was classified as critical, while resuscitation efforts were being carried out.
Upon her arrival at the hospital, a cesarean section was performed, but despite their efforts, the medical team was forced to declare the mother and both fetuses dead.
