During a targeted operational activity at the Jerusalem Detention Center, prison fighters located a spike wrapped in paper, which had been disposed of inside a lampshade in a toilet cubicle in a detention cell.
The find was seized and transferred for further processing, and the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
