The Northern District Fraud Unit of the Israel Police has been conducting an investigation in recent weeks into the issuance of a truck license by a 25-year-old resident of Deir Hanna - who is suspected of sending his friend to take the theory test and the test in his place.
Upon receipt of the complaint, an investigation was opened in which various pieces of evidence were collected together with the Ministry of Transportation, which strengthened the suspicions.
This morning, in accordance with developments in the investigation, the two were arrested for questioning at the offices of the Northern District Fraud Unit.

In accordance with the police request, the Tiberias Magistrate's Court extended the detention of the two suspects and the investigation into the case continues.
