Attorney Mor Fingerer has been appointed Deputy CEO of Bank Hapoalim and the bank's Chief Counsel.

The Board of Directors of Bank Hapoalim approved today (Sunday) the recommendation of the bank's CEO, Yadin Antebi, to appoint Attorney Mor Fingerer as Deputy CEO of the bank and the bank's Chief Legal Advisor. As part of her role, Attorney Fingerer will manage the bank's legal advisory division.

Attorney Fingerer will replace Attorney Yael Almog, who recently announced her retirement from her position. Her appointment is subject to approval by the Banking Supervision Department and the date of her entry into office will be determined at a later date.

Mor brings with her over 20 years of extensive legal experience in the fields of commercial, business and banking law. Mor previously served as the Chief Legal Counsel of Bank Leumi. Prior to that, she was a partner at the Meitar Law Firm, where she advised public companies and financial entities in the business-commercial field, and represented them in legal proceedings.

Lemur holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Haifa, and a Master of Laws degree in Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the University of California, Berkeley.

Mor is 45 years old, married and a mother of one child. She lives in Tel Aviv.
