Colonel Y. assumed the position of commander of the Southern Brigade (6643) in the Gaza Division (143), replacing Colonel G., who served in the position for about a year and seven months, and will continue in the role of commander of the Border Protection School in the Ground Force.
Brigadier General Eliezer Sucholitsky takes over as Chief of Naval Staff, replacing Brigadier General Amir Gutman, who has served in this position for the past year and a half and will end his service in the IDF after 32 years.
