The police located four kilograms of unexploded cluster munitions on the roof of a house in Savyon this evening (Saturday night).
Saboteurs and forces were dispatched to the scene.
The owners of the apartment were not present when the bomb fell on the roof of the house. When their relatives entered their home, they saw the hole that had opened in the roof of the house.
Sharon, who found the bomb in his sister-in-law's house in Savyon, said: "We went upstairs to clean the house, and suddenly we noticed a hole in the ceiling, we opened the ladder and saw fragments on the roof and took pictures of them, and then someone from the family wrote on the family WhatsApp that it was a bomb and that we had to evacuate. The police said: A maintenance worker at a private home arrived and noticed the destruction inside the apartment, and immediately reported it to the police headquarters. Police and police saboteurs arrived at the scene, isolated the scene and worked to examine the findings and remove the weapons, while conducting an additional scan to locate additional suspicious objects. Avi Mano, Savyon's 2nd Battalion, described the event: "Residents in the nearby area were instructed to remain in the platoon until the event was over, at which point the fallen object was removed by police saboteurs without any casualties, and a return to normalcy was declared.".
