A special work composed by the pious Rabbi Yisrael Yehuda Kola zt"l in the court of the Rakh Rabbi Moshe Mastolin, son of Hinoka Mastolin.
The composer, who lost his son Yerachmiel at a young age, said when he got up from the "seventh": "I will now compose a song that will bring me out of my sorrow" - and this is the song that was composed.
Mandy Goldberg grew up on the song, which was sung almost every Holy Sabbath night with longing and exaltation in the 'tish' of his rabbi, the Rebbe Shimon Nathan Neta zt"l of Lelov.
Aharl'e Samet recently heard the song from Rabbi Elimelech Biderman, and contacted Mandy about the wonderful song - and the two teamed up to relaunch it with an elaborate musical production, arranged by David Toib and Mandy Goldberg himself.
