Singer and cantor Yechiel Lichtiger has launched a new, moving and captivating single-video clip called “Returning to Father.” The song touches the heart and conveys a deep spiritual message about a Father in Heaven who waits for His children to return to Him.
The single was born against the backdrop of the special phenomenon felt among many in the Jewish people, since the outbreak of the 'Iron Swords' War on Simchat Torah - a phenomenon of strengthening faith and drawing closer to our Father in Heaven, as many began to take upon themselves the commandments and become stronger.
One of the most prominent manifestations of this is that young people and many others have begun to wear, among other things, “just a tzitzit” – something that was not common until now.

“Following the interesting phenomenon of repentance and the tzitzit effect, I turned to many composers until I came to composer Naftali Shoval, who composed and wrote special lyrics, and together with Itamar Shkedi’s arrangement, a perfect, exciting and unique product emerged,” says Lichtiger.
The single is accompanied by an engaging and moving music video, filmed and produced by Davidi Nachshon, which manages to convey a powerful story and message in a unique and moving way.
