The survey data conducted by Shlomo Filber and published last night on Channel 14 indicates that a dramatic turnaround has occurred in the left bloc, with Gadi Eisenkot overtaking Naftali Bennett for the first time: While Bennett's party is pushed to 5th place, Eisenkot gains two seats and Yeshar becomes the largest party in the opposition. .

But Bennett's greater collapse is shown in the data on the question of suitability for the position of Prime Minister: Gadi Eisenkot occupies second place on the list with 191% support - an increase of 31%, while Bennett loses 7% and receives only 141%.

This morning (Friday), Filber wrote about the new data: "Last night, after a year, Eiscott passed Bennett in leading the opposition bloc, both in terms of mandates, in terms of the prime ministership, and in the preference of bloc voters.".

According to Filber, "This is happening quickly, as is sometimes seen in political moves. After all, Lapid voters who stayed with Bennett for the past year are now migrating to Eisenkot.".

Filber says this can be explained by two trends:

• The first - Bennett received conditional credit from his voters to prove that he knows how to bring in "right-wing votes" that will bring down the Netanyahu government. And that's not happening.

• The second - the decline in the polls, which brought up for discussion in the bloc the need to join forces with the Arab parties in order to create a majority. Bennett is opposed to saying that he will form a government with the Arabs, Eisenkot hinted that he would.

Filber emphasizes that "past history suggests that once Bennett is removed from leadership, his plunge will be faster, as happened with Gideon Sa'ar's 'New Hope', once they realized that they could not overthrow the Netanyahu government.".
