
Ingredients (about 20 strips | 2–3 servings):
• 2 large zucchini
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, Master Chef
• Salt
• ½ cup flour
• 1 cup golden breadcrumbs, Master Chef
• Oil (for spreading)
To serve:
• Sour cream dip (see recipe below)
• Pesto or sagog
• Crushed tomatoes
How to prepare:
1. Cut the zucchini into long strips of uniform thickness.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs with mustard and a little salt.
3. Coat each strip in the following order: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
4. Arrange the zucchini strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Using a silicone brush, apply a thin layer of oil to the strips.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20–25 minutes, until nicely golden brown.
It is recommended to turn carefully halfway through baking to achieve uniform crispiness.
Sour cream, garlic and herb dip
Ingredients:
• 200 grams sour cream
• 1–2 crushed garlic cloves
• 1–2 tablespoons chopped parsley or dill
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste
Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, taste and adjust seasoning. Set aside until serving.

Place the baked zucchini strips on a large flat plate. Using a spoon, create small mounds of the dips: sour cream | pesto | crushed tomatoes.
Serve immediately and you will have a festive, colorful and unforgettable dish.
