For seven years now, Yehuda Weinberg, known to everyone as the “Man of Safed,” has been deeply rooted in the mountainous air of the city of Kabbalists.
What started with a guitar, a small circle of close friends, found its way to the forefront in the past year.
Weinberg does not define himself as a singer in the conventional sense, but as a man of soul, one who comes from the soul and the heart, and strives to touch the inner point.
The impressive debut clip was born in the exalted moments of the Safed Shabbat reception, where Yehuda encountered a moving melody with the lyrics "A righteous man will blossom like a palm tree.".
The melody, created by Shibi Keller, gave him no rest and became a mission: to bring out a hidden treasure and share it with more hearts.
From this, an authentic Hasidic project was created, filmed entirely in Safed, among the ancient alleys and in the “Habit Be't Tu” synagogue, together with an impressive team of local soulful people.
