After years of creation and collaborations, Eliyahu Hayat feels that the time is ripe to embark on a new path - a debut album.
After working on about 18 different songs and productions, he reveals the first single from it - "You Opened the Sea to Us", a work born from observation, emotion, and belief in the power of music to open hearts and give hope.
The song was written last Passover, in a quiet moment in front of the sea, with thoughts on the complex reality that the people of Israel are going through and the need for mercy and healing.
