Yaakov Hershkowitz reported in "Today" that, according to known details, the connection between the two was formed due to the Arab's work at the local branch.
The information indicates that the worker invited the girl to stay at his home, and she accepted the invitation. The girl told her parents that she was going out with friends, but in fact she went to the Arab village where the worker lives.
According to the report, upon discovery of the case, the girl's father immediately filed a complaint with the Israel Police.
At the same time, as reported in "Today," the supermarket chain's management fired all Arab workers employed at the branch, apparently in an attempt to calm the community.
