United Hatzalah medical teams provided first aid to an electric scooter rider (about 30 years old) who was seriously injured on the Peres Promenade in Kiryat Bialik.
Elad Anaf and Haim Avni, paramedics from United Hatzalah, said: "We provided medical assistance at the scene to the scooter rider, who was subsequently taken to the hospital, where his condition is currently described as serious. We were informed at the scene that the electric scooter rider slipped while riding and sustained a head injury.".
