A commotion broke out today (Wednesday) during Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's testimony.
This came after the Courts Guard confiscated signs carried by bereaved families demanding the establishment of a state investigation committee into the events of October 7.
Reut Recht-Edri, the mother of Lieutenant Ido Edri, who was murdered at the Nova Re'im party, was asked to leave the hall.
Anat Ben Ami, who lost her daughter Shani Ben Ami in a massacre at a party, burst into tears.

Netanyahu's lawyer, Attorney Amit Haddad, asked the court to allow the women to remain in the courtroom. Following the incident, the hearing was briefly suspended and then resumed.
Reut Edri, who was in the courtroom, told 'Kan News': "Five families from the 'October Council' came to watch the trial out of interest. We sat quietly and respectfully, we respected the court. One of our speakers passed us pictures under our feet to put in the file. We didn't wave anything.
""Within two seconds, the security guards arrived and said that they had waved signs. I had never seen anything like that. The discussion was stopped - about what and why? So that the prime minister wouldn't have to look the bereaved families in the eyes just once? We were hoping for a two-minute meeting, there was complete disregard.".
Later, Eyal Eshel, the father of observer Roni Eshel, addressed the judges while Netanyahu was in the courtroom and asked for clarification: "We, the bereaved parents, did not come to provoke. We came to look your lordship in the eye and ask for a state investigation committee.".
