Air Force and IDF teams are conducting scans at the base to assess the damage caused by the rain and flooding in the area.
The IDF says that there is no harm to the base's operational capability.
The Uvda base hosts Air Force training in the field of aviation, the Air Traffic Control School, the Aviation Professions School, and the site also houses the Border Protection School of the Combat Collection System.
The IDF Spokesperson's Office stated: "During the day, damage was caused to infrastructure and IT systems at the Uvda base due to weather conditions. There is no damage to operational capability. Damage control is currently being carried out.".
