'On the Grill' Routine • Recipe: Chicken with Lemon and Ginger Flavor

Ingredients for five diners:

1 kg chicken (chicken thighs, boneless and skinless)

1/4 cup fresh lemon

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon curry

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon garlic

4 tablespoons olive oil

salt

Ground black pepper

 

Preparation method:

1. Open the chicken breasts (like schnitzel).

2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

3. Pour the marinade over the chickens about half an hour before placing the meat on the grill.

4. Place the meat on the grill until it is golden on both sides.
