In the heart of Moscow, in the prestigious 'Moscow City' neighborhood, are located the new skyscrapers of the Russian capital - including the International Business Center, which is spread over the underground and aboveground parts, with thousands of offices and residential buildings, where hundreds of thousands of people pass through and work every day, including many Jewish businessmen.

With the rapid development of the area, alongside the massive construction and expansion of the 'City', the need was felt to develop the Jewish point that began operating in the area several years ago, beginning with the establishment of an active synagogue in the 'Epi-Mall' mall by Governor Rabbi Levi Leviev, and continuing with the opening of a Chabad house about five years ago by Rabbi Yosef Moshe Weisberg.

On the occasion of purchasing a permanent location, on the 27th floor of the central tower in the area, the place was renovated and adapted for activities with business people, Jewish families living in the area, and Jewish youth; with prayers and meals on Shabbat and Jewish holidays being held in the existing synagogue on the ground floor.

In a modest ceremony, the mezuzot were placed by the Chief Rabbi of Russia, the eminent Rabbi Berel Lazar, the Governor Rabbi Levi Leviev, the Governor Rabbi Yehuda Davidov, the President of the Association of Communities Rabbi Alexander Barda, and the Director of the Jewish Community Rabbi Mordechai Weisberg - the father of the manager of the place.

The blowing of the shofar for the month of Elul was honored by the director's father-in-law, Rabbi Zvi Ruderman, who heads the Chabad house in the Mahane Yehuda neighborhood of Jerusalem.

The guests toured the place and marveled at the beauty and splendor of the new Chabad house, which overlooks the large, bustling city.
