Recruitment decree: Extremist demonstrators, protesting against the arrest of 'Torah prisoners', today (Wednesday) posted pictures of the detainees who were imprisoned in the military prison - while using motifs from the 'Kidnapped Families' campaign.
The protesters took up residence at the recruitment office in Jerusalem and placed three yellow chairs with pictures of the deserters who were arrested by the military police.
The pictures of the detainees read: "Release them home now.".
Police officers called to the scene removed the protesters from the scene.
However, the use of motifs related to the hostages by the terrorist organization Hamas has drawn great anger on social media.
Inbar Toizer, a reporter for News 12, wrote on the X Network: "Without an ounce of shame. Protesters against the draft stand outside the draft office in Jerusalem, with pictures of 3 deserters on yellow chairs, as a reference to the abductees' protest, and the caption: 'Release them home now.'".
