Changes to the 'Sharks' panel for the new season: Keshet 12 announced today (Wednesday) the joining of two new entrepreneurs to the new season's investor panel - Yaki Reisner, the Haredi entrepreneur and businessman, who starred in 'Wart' with the competitors from Channel 13, and entrepreneur Shelly Hod Moyal.

Tomorrow is the ceremony to honor national-civilian service personnel from the Haredi community: Want to be there?

The two will join Yasmin Lukacs, Oren Dobrunsky and Amir Eyal, replacing the veteran Sharks who have starred in the show so far - Dovi Frances and Zohar Levkovich.

Reisner is the chairman and owner of the Reisdor Group, which recently went public. The company, which the ultra-Orthodox businessman founded at the age of 25, is one of the most prominent companies in Israel's real estate industry and is valued at two billion shekels, with dozens of residential, commercial and office projects.

In parallel with his business activities, in recent years he has also been a major player in the film and television industry, as a producer of films and series that have enjoyed great success in Israel and abroad. Among other things, he produced the films 'Good Guys', which were a resounding success at the box office.

Shelly Hod Moyal is an entrepreneur, investor and social activist. Founding partner of the venture capital fund and investment platform iAngels, which manages assets worth over half a billion dollars, and has invested in more than 100 Israeli startups at various stages with dozens of profitable exits over the years. Shelly is one of the most prominent figures in the field of venture capital in Israel.

As mentioned, two of the veteran Sharks will not continue into the new season: Frances, an American-Israeli venture capitalist, founder and CEO of the Group 11 fund, which manages assets totaling over $1.6 billion; and Levkovich, a high-tech entrepreneur and venture capitalist in Israel, founder of the advertising company Amovi, which was sold to Singtel for an estimated $340 million.

Keshet is currently working on the new season of 'Sharks', which will air later this year.

'Sharks' is a reality series based on the Japanese format "Dragons' Den" and the American "Shark Tank." In the program, entrepreneurs present their ideas to a panel of experienced investors, known as 'the Sharks,' with the goal of raising financial investment from them in exchange for a percentage of the company or venture.
