A delegation of senior management from the "For You" organization visited last night (Monday) the new clinics established at the Dr. Miriam Sheldon Adelson Faculty of Medicine at Ariel University - a rehabilitation clinic, a mental health clinic, and a specialist clinic, alongside the largest child development clinic in Israel.

The tour was led by the university's president, Prof. Ehud Grossman, along with the university's dean, Prof. Shai Ashkenazi, and the clinic director, Sharon Peleg.

The tour took place as part of the organization's policy to get to know the area up close and to hold direct meetings with the next generation of doctors.

Chairman of Lemankam Yossi Arblich addressed during the tour a phenomenon that emerges from time to time, when doctors declare their intention to leave the country, sometimes out of criticism of moves promoted by the government or due to political displeasure - and said: "This is where the future generation of Israeli-Zionist medicine is growing. An academic campus in Samaria that combines research, training, and public service is a guarantee for training excellent doctors who know how to diagnose patients with a vision that combines advanced medical knowledge and human sensitivity."

Prof. Grossman: "The new clinics have a first-class medical team that provides a response to all residents of the area. We advocate the approach that a medical student will be present in the treatment rooms - so that the studies are practical, not just theoretical."

President for you, Prof. Yosef Peres: "We are facing availability challenges when it comes to providing services to patients in Israel, and here is an excellent place that provides a solution and trains the next generation of doctors. Presence in the field is part of the concept that also guides us in the organization. The connection between medical knowledge, human understanding and accessibility is what can really change the picture for the citizen who seeks a solution."

On behalf of the "For You" organization, the tour was also attended by Vice President Dr. Gadi Neuman, Director of the Professional Division Dr. Benny Davidson, Director General Rabbi Shlomo Kostelitz, Deputy Director General of External Relations Amit Geva Carmeli, Chief Nurse Rachel Michowitz, and Deputy Director General of Mental Health Gili Bar David.
