This week, an impressive conference was held at a prestigious hotel in Jerusalem, under the title 'Entrepreneur Summit', attended by about 250 entrepreneurs, who gathered around tables set up for busy and packed hours of comprehensive reviews of the worlds of finance, banking and real estate - alongside panels with the participation of senior industry figures.

The event's initiator - the ultra-Orthodox financing company 'Maimondelen', managed by Matityahu Wagshel and Eli Rabinowitz - launched the impressive conference, with the ambition and goal of presenting entrepreneurs with the opportunities they face in 2025 and the right ways to advance and achieve great achievements in the field.

The conference, which was an exceptional event, was designed to promote entrepreneurs and present them with the most advanced methods in the field of financing and construction. This event was intended not only to present professional knowledge, but also to create opportunities for collaboration and build important connections between entrepreneurs and professionals in the field.

Among the participants at the conference were key figures from the business and financial industry, who brought with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from the fields of construction, finance, and banking.

The highlight of the conference was a panel moderated by Avi Mimran and featuring Yehuda Morgenstern, Director General of the Ministry of Housing, who discussed government plans in the field of housing and construction, Winky Quint, Director General of Rami, alongside Yoel Even, Jerusalem Municipality Engineer, Lior Cohen, Business Manager at Bank Hapoalim, and Assaf Ezra, CEO of Meitav Maimon.

The special panel participants presented the forecast for 2025, noting the expected slowdown in the rise in housing prices.

Quint said: "Our data shows a consistent decline in land prices. There is no shortage of land on the market. There are other factors that affect apartment prices. We have marketed about 450,000 housing units in four years. These are huge numbers. One of the main problems is the coordination between all government ministries. The responsibility of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development is to have land, but when we market a new neighborhood we need kindergartens and schools, infrastructure and transportation. In the end, everyone needs to be oriented towards the same place.

""Another factor fueling the price increase is the banks. They have no interest in seeing prices drop. In order for a contractor to lower a price, he has to contact the bank. If they lower it for one contractor, they will have to lower it for additional contractors.".

During the event, a fascinating conversation took place between Matityahu Vagheshal, partner and owner of the ultra-Orthodox financing company 'Maimondelen', and Avi Mimran. The conversation presented the unique combination that the company offers - a combination of rich experience in the world of banking together with a deep understanding of the world of non-bank financing.

""The huge advantage we have," said Wegshel, "is the experience and personal familiarity we have with the banking industry. This allows us to tailor the application and the application to the entrepreneur and thus ultimately win the coveted financing. In the past year, we have accompanied dozens of entrepreneurs and have been able to make their dream come true. It is not in the sky. In order to win financing, you need to know how to approach and how to apply, not do it alone, precisely for this reason there are experts who know how to provide the right and precise solutions.".

Also speaking was Srulik Auerbach, CEO and owner of the modeling company Model Up, who presented in his speech, accompanied by an impressive presentation, the firm's services that provide solutions and support for real estate developers.

Robbie Cohen closed the conference with a fascinating lecture on the world of AI and its impact on the future of real estate, presenting the audience with the innovative tools that will shape the face of the industry in the coming years.

The event was attended by hundreds of senior entrepreneurs, all of whom praised the Haredi financing company 'Maimondelen', which, in a precedent-setting move, held the summit to present the knowledge and tools in this year, 2025.
