Dozens of participants, including rabbis, members of Knesset, public figures, media figures, producers and celebrities, attended the launch ceremony of the prestigious meat restaurant and smokehouse 'CABALLERO', which opened its doors to meat lovers at 1 Harafeh Street, in Har Hotzvim in Jerusalem.
The mezuzah for the prestigious restaurant was honored by a member of the Council of Torah Sages and head of the Beit Midrash "Yachava Da'at," the Gaon Rabbi David Yosef, who blessed the place with a blessing of success and divine help. "May you always be blessed with success and blessings, and may the blessing of Hashem accompany you," said the rabbi.
Owner Aharon Fisher, along with his partners Aharon Hershkowitz and Meir Mizrahi, presented the spacious location to Rabbi David Yosef and the ambition to bring the best meats, with the best kosher standards, for the ultra-Orthodox sector, which is as strict as it is strict.

Afterwards, dozens of participants gathered at the restaurant and enjoyed the finest meats, served like royalty and in a prestigious and dignified atmosphere.
Alongside musicians who played melodies of emotion and joy, the participants celebrated the new place that will soon become a treasure trove for lovers of meat, kosher food, and service.
Among those who participated in the launch ceremony were MKs Avraham Bezalel, Moshe Aboutbol, Boaz Bismuth, Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem Israel Kellerman, Council Member Tzachi Barim, MK Kati Shitrit, along with dozens of journalists, public figures, celebrities and influencers.
The production was masterfully supervised by producer Isaac Geffen.
Throughout the launch event, participants enjoyed the finest meats and were impressed by the quality of the restaurant and the personal service, alongside the strict kashrut training and the individually tailored, luxurious atmosphere.
