Yanir Kuzin, the political correspondent for Galei Tzahal and a presenter on Knesset Channel, was hosted on Shabbat by a Chabad family in the Carmei Gat neighborhood in Kiryat Gat.

What, won't you join in to protect your home? This is the way to volunteer now

Last night, after returning home, he shared his experiences with his 60,000 followers on the social network Twitter, discovering that many of the Hasidim in the community are entering the job market, alongside study, Hasidism, and more.

""A wonderful Shabbat with my friend Eyal Yamin in the sweet Chabad community in Karme Gat," Kuzin wrote on Twitter.

""Anecdote, at a Shabbat gathering," he added: "95% of those sitting around the table work in good, serious jobs, lead full family lives, and yet don't miss out on study, Hasidism, and so on. It's possible. To life and blessings :).".

Kuzin attached a picture of himself wearing a hat next to his Chabad friend, with a picture of the Lubavitcher Rebbe in the background.
