The arrest request indicates that Vitaly, a resident of Rishon LeZion, was questioned by the police last November on suspicion of impersonating a dentist and running a dental clinic, where he employed doctors and treated clients himself.

Following the police investigation, which revealed, among other things, that the suspect issued invoices to his clients without submitting them to the Tax Authority or reporting his income, an investigation was opened against him by the Central Investigations Tax Office, in which he was questioned.

The findings of the investigation by the Authority indicate that Vitaly owned a dental clinic from 2014 until the end of October 2023, and that he did not report income from this business in the amount of over 3 million shekels, in order to evade paying taxes.
