
Strips of peel from 4 potatoes
Olive oil or oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
2. Prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
3. Dip the shells in olive oil.
4. Place the shells in a single layer on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden, checking occasionally to make sure they don't burn.
6. Remove from the oven and serve.
