A number of public opinion leaders, network influencers, and actors commented today (Monday) on the impeachment of Natan Zehavi, a broadcaster on Radio 103 - and took positive action.

Comedian and children's star Yuval Shem Tov, known as 'Yuval the Confused', put on tefillin this morning - and said he did so thanks to radio broadcaster Natan Zehavi.

On his Facebook account, Yuval wrote: "Dear Nathan Zehavi, thank you for reminding me." Yuval attached a photo of himself wearing tefillin and the caption: "G-d gave this to me, proud to be Jewish.".

Internet influencer Natalie Dadon wrote in a post she dedicated to the affair: "I held back, I swear I held back since yesterday. I didn't want this man here with me. I still don't believe in giving a platform to the darkness, I believe in amplifying the light. Who's joining in putting on tefillin this morning? Proud to be Jewish!" she declared.

She later asked surfers not to curse Zehavi, and uploaded photos of surfers putting on tefillin to her story.

Actor Aviv Alush, who has become closer to Judaism in recent years, also wrote: "As a general rule, tefillin are not tied around the neck. They are placed on the hand against the heart, and on the head against the brain.".

Alush attached a photo of himself with a guy named Noam, who owns a tefillin factory, and added: "All rights reserved to the righteous Nathan Zehavi.".

Singer Moshik Afia uploaded a photo to his social media in which he documented his hand wrapped in tefillin, with his son holding it - and added: "A father's life.".

Yoav Eliasi (Hatzel) wrote under his picture laying on tefillin: "On the nose and wrath of the self-hating auto-anti-Semites living among us.".

Presenter Haim Etgar from Keshet 12 wrote: "Natan Zehavi's story is a shocking one. He spreads hatred. The main and sad question is why is such a person allowed to continue broadcasting? And the reason is that hatred is familiar. People who spread hatred, unfortunately, generate ratings, especially in the age of networks. There is a responsibility for the people who broadcast and their bosses. With all due respect to ratings, sometimes there is a limit that needs to be set, and a course to be rethought.".
